RF Welding For Medical Soft Goods

The RF welding process includes joining two materials together through radio frequency (RF) energy to develop strong, leakproof, and high tensile strength welds. This method requires specialized tooling to make the desired shape and is faster and more reliable than regular fabric welding and sewing. RF welding creates consistent hermetic seals for a variety of materials. Whatever your objective is, our RF welding team is here to create custom tooling to develop your solution.

Ultrasonic Welding For Medical Soft Goods

Our TPI team work closely with you in meeting your ultrasonic welding product requirements. This ultrasonic welding process requires two different materials to be bonded together high frequency acoustic vibrations and pressure. A thermoplastic material is needed to successfully create a bond with other fabrics. The final bond is stronger when the welded parts are the same material. This ultrasonic welding process requires minimal energy and has the advantage of shorter cycle times and lower tooling costs, resulting in lower costs for our customers compared to competitive processes.

Our prototype development and sewing creation process is straightforward: we connect with you, review the product realization document and suggest materials, create the patterns and prototype the solution.
